The staff are fantastic when you can actually get hold of them, but it’s impossible to get your medication adequately titrated if you are struggling without a review date. I have been left in limbo with calls and emails going unanswered for what is a very simple matter of increasing my dose to the next increment. I have supplied all the metrics required, yet have been left dangling on an inadequate dose that gives me withdrawal and exacerbates my binge eating disorder between doses. Patients should not be put on meds and then ignored when they reach out in desperation with a straightforward request.

  2. Review titled ADHD Access = Hopeless

Rated 1 star out of 5

Trying to get anyone to respond to you via email is impossible. Nobody answers the phone. My medication is wrong and its making my quality of life worse. Without a review, I can't be discharged to my GP, and I can't get hold of them to do a review! It's ridiculous the amount of patients this clinic has agreed to take on, without considering the amount of staff you'd need. It's absolutely shocking that patients are left abandoned after their initial appointment. If you guys were consistent and got it right first time, the queue of people who need to speak with you would go down - instead, by ignoring your patients to wheel out first appointments to new ones, you are just adding the patients you've contacted but barely interacted with back to the queue you're trying to clear!!
