I recently joined this practice and have found everyone; receptionists and the doctor extremely professional, polite, friendly and helpful. They seemed to have time for me and listened to my needs. I am very grateful.

I have tried to phone many times over the last few weeks. There are many, many times when they don't answer the phone, but I have to listen to a very long ansaphone message before they say that they 'can't transfer the call'. I finally got through on Monday 22 August to order a repeat prescription as one of the medicines was running low and I have a few days away. I was told that the doctor has approved the repeat prescription and it should be in the pharmacy in a few days. Tried the pharmacy Thurs late afternoon - no prescription. Tried phoning many times on Friday morning, facebook message and finally econsult. They phoned back following econsult and it turns out they cancelled the repeat prescription as they said I didn't need it yet. One of the medicines is running low, which I told them on Monday. They didn't email, text or message me to say that they weren't going to give me the prescriptions. Now they say that it should arrive in 72 hours again. That should be Wednesday, the day before I go away. What if it isn't there? What confidence do I have in them. Very little
