I had an appointment early in the morning and couldn't sign in at the GP with the system on arrival. Hence reached out to the reception. There was only one person serving the patients. Lady ahead of me had like 100 questions and took more than 10 minutes. As my turn came the receptionist just said you are late and doctor can't see you. Are you serious? Because of the staff unavailability and system failure they can’t serve patients on time. And what are patients supposed to do? Just go and rebook appointment. No value of their time. Very bad experience.

I visisted the GP yesterday with my little son who was having blood in his poo, however I was 3 minutes late as he was not willing enter in the GP . I stood in the que for 5 minutes as one of your reception was on call and others two were talking to each others , When I asked about son' appointment , she said to me as I was late so she would ask to doctor , and after 8 minutes she told me that Doc couldnot see my son . Moreover , other day, I reached in GP with my 2 kids for flu spray , it was boooked and I was before time there and they told me the flu jab was for eldres not for kids but someone has booked me thats why she asked me to wait , I waited there for more that half an hour , then on asking she said it would take little more longer or we should take another appointment. What kind of weired system is this ? Time is important for all of , sometimes clinics are running late , patients wait patiently. In the ssame way if patient runs little bit late , doctors should see them.

The doctor was not solving my problem and giving me pressure and telling me she cant help me with my situation and it made me very sad and made excuses that there is no solution that she can’t refer me to hospital and was making me depressed

I belong to another practice, had appointment for my son the Doctor was amazing good and caring, she explained all with calming voice, asked for second opinion to a friend. Didn't kept her name but for sure NHS should have more Doctors like this one

I would like to complement the surgery for the improvement in the service received in the past 3 years. From the receptionists to the doctors, the whole service is vastly improved and it is far more welcoming and helpful than in previous years.

I am very satisfied with the service i get there. Never had any problems with them and the staff always tries to be helpful and understanding. Highly recommend this GP cause the team is really professional

I find very good reception and doctor's in hayes medical centre.they solve all the problems all the time and listen my problems and helpful ..I was facing online medical problems cause of my old phone.receptionist tried to solve all the ways.and i was happy with their help to listen my problems

I am with this practice already 4 years and I am very happy to have chosen them. Nice and polite team, professional doctors. Also for my baby whenever I needed I got quick assistance and check up. Thanks for your hard job
