I wanted to book appointment for my tests. And I wasn’t aware of the process and how to do it. They are really humble and very helpful. I texted them on WhatsApp, they responded quickly and booked my appointment for as soon as possible which is great. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so much GP Pathfinder Clinics for helping me out.

I had a question about my test results and I needed to change my address, they replied to my questions very quickly and updated my address and were very helpful!

I paid £60 to have a gp fill out a form for my university. I requested it in November 2024 and was advised it could take up to 30 days. After chasing, I finally got an email requesting payment in February 2025!!! I made the payment and was advised I would receive the sign form in my letter within 3 working days.. 2 weeks later after chasing and chasing I finally got a call to pick up my letter…. There was morning but a stamp and a signature. None of the form was filled in. My message attached to the form as advising what information from my medical records was required was completely ignored. Wasted my money and my time and now I cannot get through to them without going back to the surgery and shouting my business in public for all the other patients to hear. Very disappointed at the lack of communication. No one called to discuss the form with me and what info I required. And it took several months to get here. I needed to provide this from to student finance months ago and am very disappointed in the surgeries lack of action for a Paid!!! service. Considering moving to a new GP. If you want anything done at speed, this might not be the surgery for you.

Vanisha really looked after me, worked hard to get me an appointment within a short space of time, and I was seen to promptly and professionally. Will definitely be returning to this practice if/when I need to. Thanks again Vanisha

I travel a lot and I really need a GP with great communication skills. I have recently had some issue with my prescription and I find the whatsapp costumer service option super useful, fast and effective.

Today I had an appointment with a physio who was so good in explaining the cause of my back ace and the therapy I should take. She was thorough in explaining and advising me what to do and what not to. She also advised me on exercise that I should do. I really appreciated the communication we had with her. She never took alot of time in her explanation. It was very simple and clear. I was impressed

I have found the service today via WhatsApp to be very effective and I am very grateful to the staff for their prompt replies and helpfulness. I have gotten all issues related to my prescription addressed using this method of communication. I am grateful that this option for contacting the clinic exists, it is very convenient and easy to keep track of. Thank you!
