I was lucky to be able to get an appointment as my husband has struggled in the past to get an appointment..the receptionist was helpful..the doctor I saw was informative and helpful. However I am only too aware of how hard it is to get an appointment.

The Pharmacist called to review my medication. She was helpful and had good suggestions especially regarding my statin dose.

I had a review with the Practice Pharmacist who I found to be very knowledgeable and informative, very calming in nature and talked through all my medication thoroughly Definitely an asset to the surgery

Had my flu & Covid vaccine. All staff was very efficient & informative & I was in/out in 10 mins. Only downside had to wait outside in pouring rain as I had arrived 15mins before they opened clinic & big queue had formed.

I arrived for my Flu and Covid jabs and the experience was very easy and well organsied. The Headlands is a very efficient, professional and friendly surgery. The office and medical staff at all levels are very engaging and accommodating. Above all……. they listen. They engage with your requests and assign the appropriate route for treatment. My wife and I are very pleased we are registered there. Thank you Headlands.

The nurse was courteous and friendly and professional. She did the injection well. My arm was not bruised or very painful and was soon back to normal after a day or so. The tenderness was minimal. I have chosen to have my covid vaccine on a different occasion.

I was amazed to receive a call from the surgery's own pharmacist, didn't realise we had one as never had any before. I was happy to answer any questions and she told me a few facts which I didn't know.

Flu clinic was quick and easy, same as usual. Great surgery, great staff. Very happy with service. Dr very professional and friendly
