The surgery is terrific.i was treated as I'm sure all patients are with respect and an understanding of my needs. Honestly I was in a very bad place a while ago .I reached out to my Dr who was very supportive. I wasn't aware until I was informed of the help that's available. I was offered help with Talking Therapies in harrow it was outstanding. Also with the medical conditions that I was having I was assessed by the Dr and then referered to hospital consultants.of which I am under today. Honestly I can not speak highly enough of this surgery the patients wellbeing is no 1. My Dr even carried out telephone consultations to see how I was getting on. It's difficult to put into words but honestly Headstone Road Surgery is terrific. The expertise is incredible.i wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for that surgery. I understand not able to mention names in the surgery which is a shame but honestly my Dr was excellent. The nhs I hope makes a note of this practice because honestly terrific. I haven't come across a surgery like this. As I say the wellbeing of the patient is treated with the upmost importance. Treated as an individual which is difficult to find these days. I understand member of the public can nominate someone as a champion well my Dr is certainly that With today's society alot of lifestyle and health changes with people need to be understood and dealt with. I understand the government are very conscious about climate change. They need to focus alot more on people's lifestyles health etc. Need to make sure the funding is in place. Headstone surgery is very very supportive I hope this review is seen by a heath minister and understand how good a surgery they are. Please I've followed the rules of this review make the surgery aware they are exceptional. With nhs england going now and put in the government's hands I hope you take the time to see what is needed. Whether it be in a hospital environment or somewhere else I am just grateful that at Headstone road surgery and Talking therapies harrow I was treated as an individual. Can not put into words what that feels like today's life is like being treated like a conveyorbelt we need to change as a society honestly it's helped me. Thankyou Headstone Road Surgery to all staff and Dr's thankyou.

The particular female doctor at the surgery is very helpful, she takes her time and values her patients opinions. She has been doing her best to assist me in every possible way and never dismisses my concerns. I would definitely recommend her to anyone as their doctor.

Saw the indian who is extremely courteous, kind and professional. She is very conversant with medical issues and has been a tremendous help in sorting out any issues.

I contacted my GP about my severe hip pain and how I have been suffering for about 6 months. I am unable to do my job properly and I told her I was extremely worried I may lose my job. As a result of the stress my ulcerative colitis was starting to flare up also. I told her I had had an MRI and an x-ray which both showed arthritis in my hip and that this required surgery. I explained I wasn't able to wait 3-6 months for surgery because of the pain. My GP was extremely compassionate, showed empathy and agreed to assist to get me seen for surgery. Within days of seeing my GP, I was contacted by Central Middx Hospital with a date for hip replacement surgery. I was contacted by the pre-op team and the physio team. I am extremely grateful to my GP for acting so swiftly to help me.

I 've been suffering with my condition for a month. Contacted GP for the first time and doctor has helped me. I started to have good sleep and generally feel better. Nothing else to wish for. Great experience.

This practice and my GP I can honestly say has a great track record. Finding a great GP is not always easy. I can honestly say that the service offered up at this practice is very considerate of their patients and to me that is paramount. I am totally at ease discussing anything with my GP in whom I put my faith & health. It’s not often that I write reviews. However, with such a lovely GP & team I felt it necessary to have my gratitude expressed in print. I have one more thing to say to convey my sincere gratitude to the wonderful service given to myself & my family over the years. “Thank You”.
