   For the past 3days I had to chase a referral prescription, that the receptionist kept saying she did not receive. When I took the hard copy she said, “yeah it’s here” then she goes “what do you want now because I don’t have time to read your note” She was rude unhelpful and has no respect or patience. I think this lady needs lots of training on how to deal with her attitude towards others. And how to professional manners.
