    Booking appointments is ridiculous. Spend hours in phone queues to be welcomed abruptly by a receptionist who then huffs and puffs for even calling. Struggle to even book babies immunisations as there is only one person in the entire world that can do this and is never there. The only way you find this out is by waiting in over an hour long phone queue 🙄. Awful service awful care . I get an all round general feel they do not care about anybody. Better off taking yourself to accident and emergency. Should be struck off

    Hi Stephanie. Thank you for your comment. I'm sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience when visiting or when ringing the Practice. I appreciate that there have been issues with patients waiting for sometime for their call to be answered. To try and help with our demand we have now introduced total online triage which allows you as the patient to navigate your way to the most appropriate care without the need to phone the practice. This new process enables patients to complete a new or improved online form via our website, on the phone or in reception. This will mean that you receive the right care, at the right time, with the right person. We will respond to your query appropriately and in the most convenient way. By following a ‘Total Triage’ pathway, we are creating more capacity, because the way we respond is quicker, more efficient and more accessible to you. I am also unsure why you were unable to book your baby in for their imms. I will ensure that this is highlighted to the admin team as any member of the admin team would be able to book this for you. I am sorry again for your bad experience. If you would like to discuss further then please speak with the Practice Manager.

    I have been trying for two weeks to get a repeat prescription for blood thinning medication regarding a heart condition. Despite visiting the surgery, telephoning the surgery and sending online applications, I am still waiting. I am promised it will be done but always, tomorrow. Guess what, tomorrow never comes at Health & Beyond. As a patient for almost 50 years, I am beyond frustrated.

    Had to wait 2 weeks for my meds the pharmacy and the surgery blaming each other for the none arrival of my medical seriously thinking of going to another practice and pharmacy
