The nurse was highly professional. Very quick, smiley and very gracious. The most pain free, ‘comfortable’ smear test I’ve ever had. And I’ve had many!

As I came back from Pakistan, after about 7 months . On 19th June at about 11 o clock ,I went to visit the surgery to make an appointment with the GP . The receptionist, helped me to get my BP & arterial fibrillation checked by a staff member without me making any such complaints & that was great ! Also for my back problem , the receptionist,arranged for an appointment with a physiotherapist on the same day evening. And she prepared my prescription and sent it to the pharmacy then & there . She also dealt my report from options & passed it to the GP as I requested for a referral for an eye specialist . That all happened in one day over a few hours & that was really a pleasant surprise for me - all in one day !! I For my eyes issue ,I would really like to explain because I am going through a very painful time ! when I was under dermatology treatment in Chelsea & Westminster Hospital about 2 years ago . The dermatologist gave me good treatment but for my itchy eyes she said I should see an eye specialist as they don’t treat the eye problems & that they only treat the skin problems ) So for my itchy eyes, I was always suggested to use teardrop which I have been using for over 35 years . I even mentioned my this problem to the respected GP , optician , different pharmacist but all of them said for the only tear drops for dry eyes that only they aresoothing .one of the respected GP prescribed “ Catacrom drops but unfortunately nothing helped to cure the itching yet !! I am sorry but I had to put down my crucial issues especially , for the eye to bring them into your kind notice .Otherwise ,on the whole I ,am quite satisfied with my surgery for the treatment & help it offers .Infact all the staff are kind & helpful . Today I happened to go to the Earls Court Health and Well-being Centre and there the receptionist, From her busy schedule she helped me to download the forms for Physiotherapy . In past,also she’s always been polite & helpful. I thank all the staff for being so helpful and cooperative & strongly feel for a referral for my friends and family for registering with Violet Melchet surgery . I hope I also get a face to face appointment with a G P soon , which I am waiting for . Thank you .

The best blood draw I have ever had taken. Excellent practitioner. Five star! Very thoughtful wonderful personality, courteous Soothing knowledgeable. Well trained the highest standard I have experienced in this kind of medical profession .

The team is caring and punctilious in checking all my requirements for cancer treatment and ensuring I have all the necessary medications. The pharmacist was very helpful today and we thank him.

First, Violet Melchet has enough critical mass in terms of staff and facilities attached to provide as best as possible a One Stop Shop. My last practice was very good but in a converted town house so too small and not enough staff. Second, the receptionists are just amazing and yes, compassionate, particularly for elderly folk with a few memory issues. Third, you just get the feel that tge doctors care and there telephone appointment service is second to none. So efficient as they pride themselves that given the right assignment of needs at the receptionist stage they can signpost correctly, so those who really need to see a GP see one quicker and those who can do either a telephone of Zoom consultation don't waste the practice's time. Case in point mist of my appointments are by the phone and so I have more time with tge my GP. In conclusion, you get the feel that Violet Melchet practice is dynamic, prepared to listen
