Receptionist had no care to help me a patient in pain, poor to no communication regarding test results, and online service is exceptionally poor.

As always I feel safe having joined this practice and knowing that my health is being properly monitored by amazing doctors. I had been waiting on blood test results which were explained to me in detail by the doctor over the phone. The doctor was informative and discussed in detail what our next move would be.

I recently had to get a simple medical information form filled out by the office to see a specialist. Even though they said it was going to take 4 weeks it ended up taking 8 weeks and I had to follow-up multiple times. They also charged £40 for this. Unfortunately, the Doctor incorrectly filled out the form so it was not clear in one section and my insurance rejected it. I have asked the office to fill it out again given the mistake they have made and they are now asking me to wait another 4 weeks. 3 months and £40 to get a simple form filled out? That is not how patients should be treated.

Very impressed. Receptionist lined up a call with the pharmacist, who sorted out my prescription within 24 hours. Couldn’t have been more helpful.

I joined the surgery in May and I want to say a huge Thank You 💞 to the Staff and the people at the surgery as they are very helpful supportive and kind I have had 3 dealing s with the surgery and all went above and beyond to help as the last surgery was a nightmare I am still waiting for phone calls. So I would like to say again Thank You Very Much 🌹
