I know everyone is quick to complain about GP surgeries but I honestly couldn't have had a better experience. I used the econsult system and was phoned within 20 minutes to offer me a face to face appointment that day, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and the clinician I saw spent time listening to me, didn't rush me and was very reassuring. Brilliant service from start to finish.

26 minutes in a queue, and 20 minutes and counting with the phone just ringing! At almost 6:00 in the evening! I find it beyond shocking, someone please remind me what I pay NI contributions for exactly!
