Came for my flu jab today 16/9. Everything was well organised and efficient. Very friendly staff and volunteers guiding us out to minimise close contact. I was almost out before I went in!!

Had to change my appt with 2 days notice and was told to come at 9am when the clinic started which was great. I arrived at 8.50am to find the clinic already commenced and the queue out the door. I was quickly seen and vaccination administered. Swift process and quickly done.

Every time I visit or telephone heartwood the staff are always so friendly helpful the level of service is amazing I can’t recommend this surgery enough

It was for a flu vaccination. It was quick and well organised. Everyone at the practice are helpful and friendly. They always go the extra mile to try and accommodate your needs.

Went for my flu jab and it was well organised and had some ‘banter’ with the ladies guiding us in and keeeping us informed . Very nice experience.

Smooth operation, upon arrival clear instructions on where to go, joined queue for Jab only took a few minutes to get seen, all staff very friendly and professional.

All the doctors and staff are always very helpful and caring , willing to listen to your concerns They have always been very understanding when I call about my husband
