I sent for a problem with my hair scalp and that i need prescription for something to help And dr elizabeth vernon just replied in minutes and prescribed Diprosalic for me and it was helpful

I have many problems with my mobility and other issues and recently dislocated my knee and it’s caused me massive problems. The Dr was very caring in a telephone appt and is the only medic in the whole time since I had this accident who asked me how I am managing daily living activities I told him it’s very difficult indeed. He can also be relied upon to make swift referrals and has a very caring calm professional manner. He is a credit to the practice. Thank you d.l

Excellent practice - I've generally had good experiences here, and often find how lucky I am to be registered here when discussing with friends about their own experiences at other practices. Queries tend to be addressed promptly, and a recent appointment I had has been one of the best I've had since moving to the UK. The GP took time to really understand the patterns of my chronic condition and devise a plan with me to improve how it is managed. I left feeling heard, hopeful, and like I had an understanding of my care. Thank you!

The Heathbridge Practice deserves more than five stars. I reached out as I found a pea-size lump in my right breast and they got me an appointment within days. At the appointment, I struggled to find the lump again, but the doctor was really patient and assured me we could take all the time needed to find it and check it. Once found and inspected, I was referred to the hospital for a scan (thankfully it was just a cyst). Everything was handled professionally and quickly, making me feel reassured and at ease.

Heathbridge’s focus on keeping its patients healthy is very impressive. They are constantly looking to make sure I stay well. Issues are tackled early and many of their actions are preventative. The staff are always sympathetic, engaging, professional and clearly genuinely care. Congratulations and thank you. Simply brilliant!

I joined Heathbridge practice this year after moving house and recently had twins. I have been so impressed with the care received compared to my previous GPs and particularly compared to experiences of friends in the area trying to get appointments arranged for their babies. Online service is so impressive and quick, for example medications needed or physio referral when pregnant. The GPs and nurse I have met when having postnatal check and appointments for babies have been friendly, professional and very competent. They really give the impression that they care. I could not recommend this practice enough.

Having moved to sw15 from north of the river, I was wary of local gp services as many seem to attract criticism. I must say Heathbridge Practice was a pleasant surprise. It has been less than a year but all has been first class so far....consulations, prescriptions, advice are all excellent

I was abroad without my medication, uncertain what to do and had an immediate and reassuring response to my on-line query. This is the second time I have had an excellent outcome to an on-line query to Heathbridge practice and had prompt advice and help.

I’ve registered with this GP and using their services 2 yrs now. Receptionists & doctors are super helpful. I would like to mention couple of incidents. One lovely lady printed my test report with 2 minutes and no pushback for my request. Another is my recent visit where the doctor and front desk staff (it is a shame that the feedback stopped me from mentioning their names) was so kind and took immediate test and feedback (This is after 6pm) which is mind blowing where my friends are still wondering how my GP is so helpful. Front desk also helped me to register my GP account with NHS, which is amazing. 200% recommend this GP. Kudos to the team for your help & support.

Their staff made an appointment for me, and I am temporarily disabled, on crutches, dependent upon other’s assistance after the recent operation I have had and the practice was aware of this. At the time of appointment the receptionist said that my name was not in the system! He then went to the manager of the practice and the manager simply said to come back tomorrow!!! They couldn’t care less and the way they handled this indicated that this was a very normal happening, as if it regularly happens in this practice. Utterly disappointing!

I am very sorry that you have been inconvenienced and need to return for treatment on a different day. Hopefully your future experiences at the practices will meet your expectations.
