It’s very hard to get an appointment to see a doctor , they have this stupid rules to call 8am but when we call they don’t answer and left you on hold after 9am they will answer the call and ask to call again tomorrow at 8am, online booking service is not available.

Two weeks in a row now I was booked in for a telephone triage and it’s still not happened. The booking system at this practice is disappointing. It’s the most difficult thing to get an appointment and when I managed to book through the NHS app the appointments just didn’t take place. Ringing via phone for an appointment is very similar too. What is the point of a GP surgery when it’s impossible to get an appointment. It’s so frustrating.

I have always struggled to have blood taken as my veins are extremely deep, I usually have to go to hospital to have this done and it took 12 attempts to find a vein. The nurse at this practice did it on her first try... I was so relieved that finally someone knew what they were doing!!! Excellent service 👏

I had an appointment today. I was called in by nurse right in time. She is very polite and helpful. All my tests and check ups done very efficiently. During my blood test at other places most of the time I end up with bruising on my arm but at this practice I have no bruising after blood test. Thanks for your good services.
