    Trying to make an appointment recently I was caller No 2 for 40 mins. When I got through to the reception, I was informed Dr will call me 3 days later. I was hoping to get a consultation to enquire about my recent medication only to be fobbed off. Following week, I called again after sending a photo of my recent condition and was able to get through in quick time. This time I was able to attend the surgery,and had a great discussion with the Dr.

We're glad to hear that your second attempt, involving a photo and a call, led to a productive discussion with the doctor during your in-person visit. We acknowledge the importance of timely access to care and are working to improve our appointment scheduling and communication processes. We advise you to be please send us an eConsult if it is a treatment related matter and we will get back to you by the next working day if not earlier. We understand that it may take longer for staff to answer complex queries and I am sorry that you had to wait for longer than expected because of the unavailability of appointments.     It's very difficult to get to see a doctor since covid, and it can be very frustrating, but went to see the doctor with my husband this afternoon and can't fault the practice from the receptionist to the doctor. The doctor was very thorough & put my husband's mind at ease with the issue he has. The only negative about the practice is they need to sort the phone answering service out as its a nightmare waiting to speak to someone.

    I had taken my cousin who has special needs for a blood test to the surgery and would like to highly compliment the nurse who saw my cousin. She was absolutely professional, kind and addressed my cousin with respect and took time to listen to her and explain the process to her. In this very fast pace world it was brilliant to see this kind of bedside manner and especially the way the nurse handled the situation. Great asset to the team!!
