Treated very well and helped by the staff. Parking can be a broblem sometimes. Did not have to wait. It was very quick.

A meeting with my nominated doctor, as usual was extremely reassuring. I have complete confidence in her and I am very lucky to be patient of hers.

Very relax and lovely nurse made me feel very relaxed and explained every thing no problem at reception checked in good and did not wait long to be seen

I had some blood tests and BP taken. A couple of days before I had the COVID and flu jab. All done timely and politely.

I have been with them for over 7 yrs. Every member of the team will go above & beyond for their patients.Even through the toughest of times. They deserve to be treated with the same care & attitude they show all of us.

I was overly anxious about a procedure, but the practitioners had excellent 'bedside manner', displaying empathy and putting me more at ease. And the procedure went exactly as planned ... calmly and professionally. Thank you to the excellent practitioners concerned!

I'm so happy for our household to have been selected for the Pilot Scheme in Barton Area. Love the joined up creative thinking from both departments! I really needed some extra in person support I met the two health & Wellbeing support professionals yesterday 🌞they are lovely and a huge benefit and asset to the team. To know they can support the whole household if needed😀 A huge big thank you to Mental health Nurse for in person appointment and ect tips I have finally got my faith back in the GP surgery and very excited about the pilot scheme... A very productive and exciting use of Government Funding!!! Also a big thank you to my employment advisor I wouldn't have got this far without the passion and kind nature of you all. Not just a tick box excerise 😊

I booked via the new online triage system and got a response within 24 hours. I got texts reminding me of my appointment. Didn’t have to wait much to see the GP on the day. All in all a good experience.
