greeted by first name not rushed, but prioritised in surgery intervention (jab) whilst reviewing HbA1c and BP - changed meds usual good advice and more support offered

I had a very helpful welcome and spent minimal time in the clinic to complete my purpose. After a brief struggle, I managed to find a parking space.

I can't not send an email with notes attached for Dr and referal. Even with the two email addresses sent. They keep bouncing back.
