Needed an urgent appointment due to a complication from an ongoing kidney complaint. Was phoned within 2 hours by one of the paramedics who listened to me explain my symptoms, and cross-referenced my medical history. Was then asked if I could go into the surgery for examination, during which the paramedic once again listened to everything I had to say without dismissing me (a privilege I have not had with some medical professionals). The paramedic also took time to explain everything to me, every step of the way so I felt full informed and able to make an autonomous decision about my body and direction of any needed treatment.

I had the contraceptive coil fitted. One nurse fitted the coil and another was there to support me and hold my hand during the fitting. They were really supportive and made me comfortable during what is a painful procedure. I would recommend this other women.

Each time i need something they always get back to me on the same day. My son had a fever and on the same day i sent the request he was seen and examined by a nurse who reassured me. The form system is amazing and continously monitored. People i have dealt with are friendly. Easy access, efficient and helpful people. Thank you .keep up the good work

Went in to get an IUD. Both the nurses made the experience as nice as possible, taking the time to explain everything and going at my own pace. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Thank you!!

Spoke to clinician pharmacist who was very informative and knowledgeable, and easy to talk to which gave me more understanding of the medication I take. So many thanks to him for his understanding. Whilst writing may i also thank the reception staff for all their assistance they have given me over the last few weeks, also helpful and cheerful. So once again many thanks it is appreciated.
