I was overly anxious about a procedure, but the practitioners had excellent 'bedside manner', displaying empathy and putting me more at ease. And the procedure went exactly as planned ... calmly and professionally. Thank you to the excellent practitioners concerned!

I'm so happy for our household to have been selected for the Pilot Scheme in Barton Area. Love the joined up creative thinking from both departments! I really needed some extra in person support I met the two health & Wellbeing support professionals yesterday 🌞they are lovely and a huge benefit and asset to the team. To know they can support the whole household if needed😀 A huge big thank you to Mental health Nurse for in person appointment and ect tips I have finally got my faith back in the GP surgery and very excited about the pilot scheme... A very productive and exciting use of Government Funding!!! Also a big thank you to my employment advisor I wouldn't have got this far without the passion and kind nature of you all. Not just a tick box excerise 😊

I booked via the new online triage system and got a response within 24 hours. I got texts reminding me of my appointment. Didn’t have to wait much to see the GP on the day. All in all a good experience.

Walked in with a lot of pain. Was helped on the spot. First by the receptionist and then by a GP. The care given was exceptional a very huge thank you

Prompt responses from the online system, and every I spoke to was very compassionate. Helpful advice on the first contact and I was seen promptly after calling back again when my situation worsened.

I had a chest pain and I contacted 999. Next morning I contacted GP and the doctor immediately gave me an appointment for check up, blood test and ECG. After all done in short time, we had follow up discussions and everything was very smooth experience. I am going through further check up and I am very glad and satisfied about my GP service. Amazing people!

I received great treatment from everyone I spoke to and saw face to face,my Gp,the receptionist, the triage member of staff. In this time of great stress for the nhs,I couldn’t have had better treatment!

I made contact today with the service today regarding my 3 year old daughter. I was called back that day and seen about 20 minutes later in person. The GP I saw put my daughter at ease and was extremely kind and understanding. He explained everything with the utmost care, reassured us and ensured he was patient centered with choices.
