   I was seen by the GP very quickly after a referral from NHS 111. The GP listened carefully and gave me clear and reassuring advice.

   Had a phone call at 9:10 am for tablet review. Was waiting with my phone in hand, had to go to work, called at 9:49 and left message like I had missed the call???? You rang very late after appointment and didn’t apologise! Your fault not mine!
