All staffs are very rude and hard to contact surgery, phone line is always busy, I am suffering from epilapsy, to book appointment for GP ,need to call after 8am, from 8am phone line busy, not reachable, once able to get after long waiting all appointments are filled, intructed to call following day after 8am, same senario will be happened. I am trying to get GP since 6months, not happened yet

I have ms and I have being trying to speak to a dr the last 2 days 1st day I rang at 8 kept getting cut of 2nd day rang at 3 min past 8 got a call back at 25 past 8 no appointments again so we’re do you go ??? No wonder A&E is full of people !!

Staff are always so happy to see you and really enjoy what they do. They're very thorough in making sure you're getting the right treatment you need.

Unfortunately given a prescription for tablets not capsules.. tried asking the receptionist to ask doctor for a new prescription with correct medication. One receptionist was helpful.. but the other was rude and obstructive and cut me off the phone conversation twice meaning I had to come back and wait until doctor became available. This medication was for depression and anxiety so you could imagine this did not help.

Spoke to a pharmacist at surgery, was very good, listened to what I had to say and offered solutions

Having recently joined the practice I needed some medication, contacted the surgery by phone and was called back within 30 minutes and my request was processed, Excellent
