    I was newly registered at this GP’s when I started with numerous health issues. Not knowing what to expect I found getting an appointment was easy. On my arrival I didn’t have to wait long to see the Dr. As this was my first appointment I didn’t know what to expect. Honestly it was like a breath of fresh air the Dr listened, wasn’t in a rush, made me feel at ease, very friendly . She looked at my past history, carried out some examinations and tests. The Dr was very thorough and sent off for some further tests. After my appointment I received follow ups and reports back from my tests. I was treated accordingly and finally feeling back to my old self. It was great to feel like someone cares.

    My little girl has been a patiant at Henry Moore for a few year now, I am incredibly impressed with the level of care and professionalism. The surgery itself is modern, clean, and well-organized, making each visit comfortable and efficient. The staff are always welcoming and friendly, and they work hard to make sure appointments run on time. All the GP,s at Henry Moore at fantastic, They listen attentively to my concerns, answers all my questions thoroughly, and never made the appointment feel rushed. I appreciate that they took a holistic approach to my little girls heath, offering both medical advice and lifestyle recommendations. They are, approachable and compassionate, which makes all the difference when it comes to building trust with a healthcare provider.

    Getting appointments and the appointments system is diabolical, since changes during covid. Asked for giving sample, told would receive call back, after 16:00, which never happened, on the app it is showing as they called me at 18:15 and job finished, which is a falsehood. All I want is to have a urine sample given in to check for a condition, as it's pointless wanting an appointment with a broken system in use. I preferred when you could turn up at 8 am and wait.

    Managed to get an appointment the day I called the doctors. Was pleased to get an appointment so quick. The appointment was at the Fryston Road surgery. Arrived at 15:15 for my appointment at 15:30. Sat in the waiting area noticed that the three ladies in reception we sat talking and it wasnt about work.From when I sat down to me going into see the doctor 15:35 the ladies were still chewing the fat, not about work. During this time in the background you could hear the ringing sound of people trying to get in contact with the surgery. I came out from seeing the doctor and two of the ladies were still talking and phones still ringing in the background. Maybe the practice manager may want to comment about paid staff sat for over 30min gossiping while patients who are try to contact the surgery cannot get through.

    Turned a 3 day old baby away told to goto UTC in pontefract or ring 111 as too busy and baby not registered even though we had the filled in forms ready to hand in
