    I phoned immediately after a bank holiday weekend expecting a long wait to be seen. The receptionist was helpful and I was offered an appointment within a few hours. I wasn’t kept waiting having arrived. The Nurse Practitioner was very kind and gave helpful advice. From booking the appointment to picking up my prescription was a smooth, speedy process.

    Don't come if you have chronic conditions. If you can get an appointment (good luck), don't expect a good experience. Random GPs and terrible experiences with repeat prescriptions. I've had issues in four of the last five months. The stress makes my depression worse and there's no point even trying to get an appointment as they don't seem to be able to help. Good luck as well if you have a spectrum genetic disorder, as most seem clueless.

    Called in to the surgery today after several failed calls and completing online forms, to resolve my issue with getting a repeat prescription, as I am new to the area. The receptionist at station Medical centre was so so helpful & sorted this out for me straight away. Can’t thank you enough!

    Visit to Bobblestock surgery. GP very thorough, she listened and discussed cause and treatment options for condition. Issue with the poor examination table. It was not in good order, doctor not able to adjust for my lack of height, or hers! The front door of the surgery is really heavy and is difficult to negotiate. Shame about the facilities as the care was excellent

    Patients are required to complete and return a form with their issue. You can’t phone up directly to arrange an appointment anymore. I have heart failure no I need to see my doctor who I have been seeing since diagnosis. Received a random call yesterday to say I missed a call from surgery and to call back. Today I tried but was cut off before being advised to fill in another form??? My prescription for a new drug has not been updated on the system so I can’t order more and I am running low. What to do?????? When you get to see NHS staff they are brilliant!

    I have had knee problems for over 2 years. hmg they prescribed me a pain gel. They didn't want to send me for and mri scan, so I did it privately. After the orthopedic diagnosis, I need to have knee surgery . Now I am waiting for the next hmg visit and I waited 7 weeks for the last one.Yesterday at the front desk was told that ,doctor probably wouldn't want to see me. They wait for the patient to give up treatment.Why do we have to do scan privately because the doctor is unwilling or unable to help us.

    extremely unlikely to actually see Dr as appointments are usually passed on to nurses or practitioner nurses and as for coming out for a home visit, it took nine days for a nurse to visit me for a very troubling ailment. Absolute Rubbish practice and fully deserving their horrendous reputation

    Filled in form online. Have to wait up to 5 working days. Pain was so bad, phoned surgery - receptionist said no appointments so phone 111. Went through various questions then 111 said no gp appointments. Their form will go to surgery but I then have to phone for appointment which probably will be booked up by the time i get to speak to reception. Why aren't there emergency gps available?

    I only have great things to say about this practice. All the staff I have interacted with have been friendly, including receptionists, gp’s and nurses. I think they must go out of their way to find approachable people to work here. They always ring back when they say they will, have been polite and helpful each time I have dealt with them and every experience I have had thus far has literally been a hive of positivity. Entirely different to the way things were done previously I am very happy to report. I was treated shamefully by a GP who shall remain nameless *ironically* when they were Sarum which made me gunshy but really, I do heartily recommend this surgery now. Nothing like the same in my experience, thankfully. Thank you sincerely, Hereford Medical Group xx

    Following on from my previous review - finally got an email to book routine appt via link which gave me the option of a few surgeries. The shortest time was 5 weeks so from the start of trying to get an appt was actually 6 weeks! This length of time without even speaking to a doctor is unacceptable.
