I'm using this GP practice for almost 8 years and before the pandemic the reception and staff used to be brilliant, not problems to get an appointment and regular consultations. Since 2020 is like mission impossible to get an appointment, even the eConsultant is just terrible, if you want to try that is like the same as calling at 8am and try to get hold of someone over the phone. A few weeks ago I managed by luck at 8am sharp to get hold of the eConsultant form and provided all the information needed to get an appointment with a doctor due my heavy periods problem and got an email about 3 hours later saying, that I need to refill the form providing my blood pressure and guess what?! I couldn't get hold of an eConsultant because wasn't 8am. I have to call the practice and beg for an appointment, despite I've provided all the details of my problem when I was filling the form.
