This GP is providing good service whether over the phone or face to face. Special thank to reception manager who is always polite and gives answers to any queries.

Having visited this GP a number of times myself and my family, have nothing but praise for their professionalism in dealing with queries whether over the phone or face to face. Special thanks to the reception manager who is always at hand to communicate to the patients for any delays in seeing the reception due to busy times. Having worked in number of hospitals , must admit that this GP and its staff take efforts to provide a sustainable service to its area. Keep up the good work.

I have been associated with them since last year and I have never faced any issues with the doctor appointments. But the receptionists working here are the nightmare. It’s very hard to explain them even a simpler problem of replacing a medicine. Looks like they leave common sense at home before coming to work. I am not sure whether its a language problem or lack of understanding or training or whatever it’s. Moral of thr story is they are not at all capable to help patients at the time when we are in need.
