Review titled Excellent Surgery and Doctor
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Daman Bains - Posted on 11 December 2024
I feel compelled to write this review as I have seen some negative comments about this surgery and would like to offer my experience here. Anytime we need an appointment we are able to get one. The Dr is an exemplary professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and the surgery. Anytime we see him he’s very friendly and polite. He is caring and attentive and will listen to your problems and concerns. He will always offer us tests to confirm diagnosis, blood, urine etc. Unlike other doctors he will have no hesitation to refer you to a specialist consultant should you need it. Every time we take our toddler in the Dr makes him feel comfortable and will take his time trying to settle him before any tests are done. Overall I am extremely happy with the surgery and I’d like to thank the Dr and the team for always taking care of us.

Review titled unhelpful system
Rated 2 stars out of 5

Having trouble understanding the repeat presciption system service .how you can expect to leave reordering your pills until you only have three pills left is completely wrong whoever thought that one up is totally out of touch. This needs to be changed. have just been through trying to renew blood pressure pills first ordered when i had two weeks left then when i had six days left finally when i have three days left the chemist has the prescription, this took three visits to the chemists one to the doctors. Leave me to manage my own pills

Review titled Not accepting Out fo Area patients
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Ian - Posted on 05 April 2023
Called reception as current GP practice is closing and need to move GP's. Despite what it says on the NHS Service finder site, this practice is not accepting out of area patients. Please at least update your listing. It's quite disappointing to be told one thing and then another.

Review titled Awful
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Karla smith - Posted on 25 January 2023
Rude receptionist and unhelpful. Tried to book cervical screening, but unfortunately the nurse only works one day. This makes to hard book appointments around work and childcare. Shame the is the nurse is lovely. I find it strange the doctor is still doing telephone appointments. Walk into to an another surgery better atmosphere business as normal, really different to the outdated surgery I am registered at. Moving my whole family.
