I rang the surgery late on friday to get the results of some test, it was the assistant practice manager that i spoke, after telling me that my results were no action required i went on to explain that my symptoms were still very bad i appreciated that it was late. The assistant mamager told me that she would speak with the GP and call me back monday, i thought yea right i would not hear from her and i would be calling back, but she did ring me on monday and sorted an appointment with GP. I couldnt believe how helpful she was and she did exactly what she said she was going to do which does not happen very often so thank you to her and keep up the hard work, i was so impressed. Well Done

I received a text message at 9:30 this morning inviting me to attend a walk in flue immunisation clinic on the same day. I attend during my lunch hour with not much hope of being seen as I was expecting huge queues. I arrived, walked straight in where the receptionist took my name and date of birth, was pointed to the treatment rooms where I was asked a couple of additional questions and the injection was administered. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Well done, incredibly well organised.

Walked in for my flu vaccination. Very organised and proffesional. I was in and out within 5-10 minuets. Very good.

Have always been able to get an appointment when I needed it. Even if I have to queue early in the morning when they open. Have been satisfied with the service I have received.

Was invited to attend a walk in for my flu jab. Very quick and efficient. I was in and out in 5 mins. Staff were helpful and friendly and it didn't even hurt!

I received a text today inviting me to attend the surgery for a flu jab, with a wide choice of times. At the surgery, everything was quick and efficient and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Thank you

Invited to walk-in flu jab by text. Arrived at 12 noon, booked in, waited for 5 minutes, had jab, job done! Very well organised!

Considering the problems faced by all NHS staff, I feel that this surgery has always done it’s best for me. I had a text message this morning offering a flu jab and within a few hours, I’m now back at home waiting for my arm to ache! I’m booked in for my Covid next week so I’m delighted. All the staff are very pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. I’m very grateful to all the staff. Many thanks!
