Moving to a new GP practice is never an easy decision, but after years of frustration at a previous practice in Waltham Forest, we knew it was time for a change. Higham Hill Medical Practice has proven to be everything we were looking for: considerate, caring, and more importantly, proactive & preventative, with a focus on truly listening to their patients. The difference in care has been remarkable, and we couldn’t be happier. The doctors at Higham Hill are a shining example of what patient-centred care should look like. They take the time to explain diagnoses and treatments thoroughly, ensuring that we feel informed and empowered to make decisions about our health. For instance, our previous GP would not take my concerns about perimenopause seriously, instead trying to prescribe antidepressants. At Higham Hill, we are undergoing a fact finding exercise and exploring multiple routes. This provides me with confidence that we are using a medical professional who knows what they are doing.

I recently visited my GP, and I was incredibly impressed by the friendly and supportive staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and made me feel at ease. The receptionists were helpful and efficient, and my doctor took the time to listen to my concerns, providing thorough explanations and support. It's reassuring to know that I can rely on such a caring team for my health needs. Highly recommend!

Thorough tests, assessment. Also felt listen to… . Friendly, helpful, patient staff. Quite easy to book convenient appointment. Out of hours booking possible too. Thank you.

Saw one of the doctors for a medication review and he was very supportive and professional, I was seen on time and he was able to give me lots of info on support services and follow up advice
