Jada customer service is second to none. Jada has been consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service.

I called the practice at 8 am this morning and saw a doctor an hour and a half later. The receptionist clearly listened to my ailment and booked an appointment. I found her to be very friendly. The doctor was great friendly and listened. Every question I had and referred me to a specialist. And some of the practice gets very warm, so I recommend T-shirts and shorts.

Same day appointments was made available to me. Doctor was thorough in her history taking and physical examination. She afforded me ample time in explaining my problem and gave options pertaining to treatments. She did not hesitate in prescribing me the appropriate medication, and arranged a specific investigation for my problem.

I recently had problems with my blood pressure. I have received excellent and consistent care from my gp, who monitored my condition and prescribed accordingly over time to stabilise my blood pressure. I was given health education about management of my health condition. I felt respected and given choices about my treatment. I would highly recommend this practice.

Higham Hill Medical Centre is an excellent GP surgery providing extremely efficient service. You receive reminders for your appointment. My Doctor is extremely efficient in patient care, from my experiences. My medical issues such as High Blood Pressure (BP monitor readings ) are careful looked into followed by required changes in medication. I am extremely satisfied with my Doctor and the overall quality of service I get from the GP surgery. Highly recommend the practice
