I asked my husband to call up for me at 8am, and I got offered an 8.30am appointment, absolutely amazing, the following week I had to re-attend and luckily saw the same doctor, to be offered an 8.40am appointment after calling at 8am, I find the doctors always very good and listen to you, the doctor I saw remembered me and sent me for a chest x-ray as my symptoms are not going away. No faults with the doctors, and the receptionists seem a lot better now.

I received an efficient response to my request and was directed to the specialist clinic at Basford. I was prescribed antibiotics, to which the px request was electronically sent to the Higherland Surgery Pharmacist. Where it was ready only 2 hours later. Thank you

This surgery never fails to respond quickly and do everything they can provide the highest standard of health care. The receptionists are extremely helpful and efficient. The GPs and practitioners provide and exceptional, empathetic and supportive service.
