Me and the Mrs have a chest infection coughing and barking sleeping sat up on the sofa not eating much even though diabetic and no phone call

Dear Mr Woodcock, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We have investigated your concerns and note that you submitted an online consultation request at 8.04am on Friday 13th December and was received by the Practice at 8.36am that day. Our policy is to aim to respond to all online requests within 48 working hours of receipt and note that you have received a consultation at 8.07am today, Monday 16th December. This is 24 working hours after your request was sent in. The NHS is changing to meet patients’ needs, and GP practices are no exception. We have had to find ways to meet patients’ needs with the resources that we have. We’d love to be able to offer a same-day, face-to-face or telephone appointments for everyone who wants one but that just isn’t always possible. Our online options for our services are considerably quicker than making a phone call or visiting the practice. They also ensure we are working safely to meet the demand for our services. When I needed to visit the surgery the doctor was professional, thorough and caring resulting in a referral to the hospital for tests needed. She listened and understood resulting in a quick diagnosis. Thank you. I received a phone call from a member of staff today to explain about an appointment. She was friendly and caring. I had been concerned but she immediately put my mind at rest. Thank you.

I had an full health check by am today. I cannot compliment her care andapproach enough. She is amazing and a real credit to your practice. She was patient with me, is the only medical person that has got blood from me with only one try, was friendly whilst remaining extremely professional. Thank you for making an experience I get anxious about so easy. Your an amazing classy female and an outstanding nurse.

Recently suffered with a flare up of my eczema, and I was contacted by a Dr 0sman. Dr 0sman was extremely thorough, he made me feel at ease and gave me an opportunity to speak about my concerns, I really feel like Dr 0sman was working with me to find a solution to my problem, it was a pleasure to speak to him today. A credit to the practice

I was able to have a private chat with an admin lady and she sorted a problem I'd been having with two hospitals since October 2023 within hours of our chat. Although I phoned them a few times they were always passing the buck and I was getting nowhere with my deteriorating health. By the time I arrived home she'd phoned me to tell me what she had done, then just after, the hospital phoned me with an appointment date. Thank you for your help.
