My children have medical conditions that require treatment. However trying to get an appointment is impossible. If I tell the truth and say it’s not urgent they don’t have appointments . You wait for an to get through the queue at 9.30 to book an appointment, by the time you get from 30 to be spoken to there are none. Absolutely ridiculous, sad, frustrating and humiliating- my daughter has a condition she is bullied for but as I won’t lie to the receptionist I can’t get an appointment

I dropped into the Highgate Group Practice last week and was reminded what a fantastic service they provide. All the staff were amazing. I was given a same-day appointment and I was treated with respect and kindness. I’m feeling better now thanks to the attention I received.

Can’t thank the doctors enough for always taking care of me I have had a hernia in the past and just had knee surgery .All the staff are very friendly and caring . Waiting rooms are clean and calming can’t thank them enough I’m so lucky

We’ve had a lot of interaction with the Practice recently on account of my wife, and I want to confirm to you that the new telephone regime for appointments is working wonderfully well and enabled us to get the help we needed when we needed it. Your receptionists on the 8am/1pm rota and the medical team who made contact with us were absolutely on the ball every time we called and, apart from living to 100 in perfect health, neither I nor my wifecould ask for anything more. Thank you very much.

I had a great experience with Highgate Group Practice. All practice staff and the doctor I saw were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. My issue was sorted swiftly and easily. I’d definitely recommend this practice to friends and family.

I have interacted with this practice a lot over the phone this year and always have incredibly prompt, kind and helpful interactions with the reception staff. I recently had my cervical screening and was really impressed with the nurse's bedside manner! She made the experience really comfortable. Can't recommend the practice enough.

I have been attending this practice for a number of years and have always had excellent service. I have been seen fact to face when needed (even during the height of the COVID lockdown). Appropriate investigations have been organised efficiently. I have been informed of results promptly without having to wait for a further appointment. An exemplary service and much appreciated

I have always found this practice to be efficient and accessible. All GPs are under a huge amount of strain and pressure, with micromanaging from a constantly changing executive structure as well as bad press which undermines morale of this most productive and cost efficient part of the NHS. I am very appreciative of the service I have received and the different forms of access provided.

We hardly use the GP. My daughter, aged 9, had been suffering a headache and has been unable to sleep for the past 48hrs. We called at 8.03 for an emergency appointment and they said they couldn’t see her to call back at 1pm. We called again at 12.59 and again said they couldn’t see her to call tom. She hasn’t slept in 2 Days and is in pain all the time. We will now need to take her to A&E

I have been a patient of this practice for 5 years and they are simply a fantastic GP practice who consistently exceed my expectations. I never have trouble getting an appointment, especially a same-day emergency appointment as I needed today, and I find the receptionists friendly and efficient. The doctors and nurses are always pleasant and professional. It is a real comfort knowing that this practice is so reliable especially when it's widely known how much pressure is on the NHS.
