My doctor really listened to me, talked me through my options and didn't rush me. I feel like I recieved excellent care.

Have been registered here for about 5 years. I have always had fantastic service from them from receptionists, nursing team and doctors. They supported me personally with my type 2 diabetes, miscarriages, pregnancy and post partum. They have also been fantastic with supporting me with my son’s milk allergy helping when he was a newborn to now. I never have had issues obtaining an appointment and have always felt the care offered was appropriate and understanding.

Excellent practice, highly recommend it, the doctor and receptionist make you feel at ease, they are very friendly, patient, understanding and helpful. I am very pleased with them, so much that I am moving to this practice as I was only here to translate for my mother that is registered at highparks. Big thank you to the receptionist, very helpful lady.

I have had a couple of appointments recently. Very impressed with the Dr's I have seen and the receptionist I spoke to was lovely. The telephone callback system is very efficient

I had the contraceptive implant put in today. The doctor and nurse were very proffesional and calming. I felt anxious initially but they both made me feel at ease. The whole experience was good and I left the surgery feeling happy.

The staff are very friendly and efficient and booking in is very easy. The nurse had get a second opinion from the doctor and it was all very professional.
