I sat on hold at number 3 in the queue for 30mins before it cut me off. My dad explained he’d done that with the surgery trying to get an appointment several times until he ended up having to go down there. Awful service. When you go in someone is just sat there not taking any calls. Absolute joke.

I am registered with this practice but have no information as to who owes/runs same and there is no email to contact them. On Wednesday I had a query as my repeat prescription had not arrived at the chemist,I telephoned the surgery at 3 o/c after been on the line for 30 mins gave up and walked round to the surgery to find it locked ! According to website they should be open until 6-30 , they really need to update the page to save people wasting time and money hanging on a phone that’s not going to be answered

80 minutes after my allotted appointment time I’m currently still sat waiting. No warning of the wait when I first booked in either or I would of rearranged my appointment

Like all GP Practices there is a lack of funding creating staffing issues. Blame the government or CCG but not the practice. They do their best in difficult circumstances. I personally have received excellent care.

My elderly father had been calling without success over a period of 5 days… eventually went to the surgery at 8am to be told by the rude receptionist phone up at 8am… eventually after not being able to get an appointment my mother was admitted into hospital and placed on oxygen. This surgery is a disgrace when vulnerable people end up in hospital- this could have been prevented.
