We were the only ones waiting in reception to checkin but were totally ignored by the receptionist. Just a nod of acknowledgement or a 'be with you in a moment' would have been appreciated.

The ladies on reception do not care about you, how can it be that you have to wait 16 days to get to talk by phone to doctor, when your my age (70) you can not wait that long, the receptionist i spoke to was going to put me back on a tablet that doctors stopped 19 months ago with out consulting with a doctor, i need these tablets I was asking to speak with a doctor to see if it was ok for me to take them.

First class service for my family . I had a chest infection and was seen within five minutes a telephone call followed up by a face to face appointment within 30 minutes . The Dr was very thorough and prescribed antibiotics . My husband had been very I’ll last year and had a big bowel operation. The drs were amazing and referred him immediately . He was sent for various tests and he was seen so quickly, The staff are always pleasant and the drs are very thorough . We are very happy with Hildenborough medical centre and the service they provide . We would recommend them highly .

I recently called the practice concerned with an issue, I got a telephone appointment that day to discuss it. After symptoms persisted I called again and was seen that day. After inspection I was referred for an ultrasound and this happened only 48 hours after my GP appointment at Hildenborough. I thought the turn around was so quick and all involved were professional. Particularly the doctor who referred me for the scan. It was all very quick and effective, I am very pleased with the service provided. Thank you.

I needed a repeat prescription. DR wanted to check which is sensible and said to book an appointment. The next appointment was in 15 days time. How is that 1) acceptable and 2)offering good service. I am aware of other NHS surgeries in Tonbridge that have appointments available far quicker and also the time waiting on the phone is not as long. Once speaking to the team the service is good but the availability of appointments is poor.

After missing a doctor's afternoon call back, he called me again at 7.20pm. He invited me to attend the surgery straight away and gave me a prescription to pick up in Tonbridge that evening. There were two reception staff waiting to let me in to the surgery. Amazing service. Thank you!

Excellent GP’s and nurses. Hard working and pleasant receptionists, who are under great pressure with many requests. The pharmacists are superb.

Receptionists are now taking medical decisions. They call themselves the Care Navigation Team but they are medically unqualified receptionists. Their job is to stop you from seeing a GP. I needed a prescription from my GP. The receptionist asked what my symptoms were and said it sounds like I have Covid. I didn't, of course but she insisted I get a Covid check from a pharmacists and she would tell a pharmacists to call me the following morning. Of course I never received the call. I called again two days later and told her to stop messing about and to get a GP to call me as it was serious. She got the message. GP phoned issued a prescription over the phone, picked it up within the hour and less than two days later i had fully recovered. Also never get the GP to change your prescription at this surgery. It's next to impossible to get through the receptionist (sorry Care Navigation bod!) to get it changed back if it doesn't work. Very poor service and unhelpful. Tried changing doctors but no other local options so just have to stay ill.

I was in the phone queue for over 2 hours. When I joined the queue the system told me that there were more than 30 callers in the queue. After an hour I got to be caller number one in the queue and I had to wait in that position for over an hour! The line then went dead - a total waste of 2 hours for me! Does this mean that they are deliberately not picking up the phones or is the phone system defective?
