Review titled Great efficient practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5

I am a new patient here and I had an emergency appointment last week with the Doctor who gave me antibiotics for my throat infection. Great practice, efficient staff and compassionate doctors. Would definitely recommend. Easy to get appointments and they offer same day appointments.

Review titled Poor Customer Service
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Craig - Posted on 20 May 2024
I have just tried to book an appointment at this surgery. Was told to call back on Monday as they were full which is fine. Upon calling back Monday was told I had secured an appointment for my son. Then to be placed on hold and told they won't see him for his condition. I tried to explain the situation but she kept cutting me off saying they won't see my son. I was not even able to explain his condition or reason for appointment. She then said a supervisor will call me back and hung up. Highly unprofessional and poor service. I've not received any callback as she never took my details. Instead all the calls and a text have gone to my son's mother who is not involved in requesting the appointment. I'm glad I live in a different area to my son so I'm not covered by Hillcrest and their poor service.

Review titled Awful treatment from reception staff
Rated 1 star out of 5

I always receive an awful treatment from staff when I call them despite me being respectful. They don’t listen to the patient and interrupt you before you can explain what’s going on. They make you feel you are wasting their time, when it’s their job to guide the patient. The worst of it is that it just not once, it happens every time I call. My GP is very kind and professional, but unfortunately, it’s not worth the ill treatment from receptionists.
