Had blood tests done recently and was contacted the following morning to make routine appointment for results. I don’t have much contact with GP but on occasions I have the service from staff and Gp has been efficient kind and helpful thank you

Contacted and reply on same day saw a GP the next day in this current day that's good Good communication Receptionist who rang me was polite and helpful

I recently needed an appointment for my 2 year old quite urgently. The reception staff were helpful and booked an appointment for him the same morning. The doctor we saw was very approachable and professional. He had an excellent manner with our toddler. I have always had excellent service from the surgery and our recent experience was another example. Thank you Hillfoot Health!
