I am registered with them since 2012 and more 95% of the times, they are nice. I called today for my repeat prescription and was brilliantly done by the gentleman over the phone. They enquired about my medication & upcoming blood test very kindly. Stay blessed all of you there..

I am happy with the service. GP services has performed extremely well again. Requested for a prescription and it was done on the same day.

We are neq herw in the United Kingdom, after registration, we were immediately given appointment for blood tests, fit test for colon cancer done since I am more than 50 yeats old. Easy request for repeat prescription.

I called in the morning to get an appointment, was number 10 but my call was answered quickly. The staff over the phone was friendly and offered me a quick appointment (20 minutes from the call time). I walked in, waited for less than 5 minutes until I was called by the doctor (sorry I don’t remember the name) .. she was welcoming and friendly, asked me the right questions, performed some tests, and was able to find out the issue. She offered me medication options and send my prescription to the pharmacy in few minutes. I’d like to the thanks the staff and the doctor

Good service but awaiting on the phone to talk to Doctor very bad, sometimes you’re 14 on the list most of the time A gave up

Many thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. We recognise the wait in the mornings on the phone can sometimes be too long and we're working on trying to improve this. We try to deal with as many patients as possible and book in anyone who requires an appointment the same day. It's very challenging when there are 300+ calls coming in during this period. We have regular practice meetings to discuss current issues and to work on solutions, so we certainly appreciate your feedback and will continue to work on improvements to our systems.
