I had issue since last 4 month but GP keep on giving medication without proper checkup which not helping me at all. Very disappointed service

Yesterday l requested a repeat prescription for all my maintenance medications. This was sent to my designated pharmacy within hours, and today l picked them up. I am very grateful

Staff is very good, GP doctors are reachable and comfortable to ask anything but it is taking for the appointment in phone and time is very limited like only 2 hours are allocated for the appointments. Please recruit specialists to deal any complex medical issues , but still doing great practice please continue the work.

I felt every thing fine in gp in cg connection with treatment tests r we ports and prescription. I never have to face any inconvenience but only have to wait long time on telephone call however when I started this procedure on NHS app now every thing is OK. Staff is cooperative and medical staff 'doctors also give full support and information about the deseas. Gp automatically give and remind my appointment as I m diabetic patient. Regular check up system is marvelous. I appreciate this. My medicines are available easily on my required pharmacy. Gp practice always give me full information about the problems I have to face. Gp also give me opportunity to scan my eye test in connection with diabetics issue. Last few days I was feeling pain in my feet especially when I walk I repory this to my gp and give me appointment and gp referred me to hospital for physiotherapy. Now I m waiting from hospital to give me appointment for physiotherapy. This all has been happen either the help of my gp practice. As I was new to this country and has great concern about my health but I feel satisfy to see and observe the nice helping hand from gp practice. I would like to say on this occasion that in case of emergency like fever etc gp practice should give urgent appointment to patient otherwise we have to visit to hospital where a lot time have to spent to see doctor and getting treatment. This is my proposal. Keep it up and maintain good standard.

The aspects of our service you have mentioned are all things we’ve been working hard on over the past few years, to make them as efficient for our patients as possible. We know patients need appointments on the same day, access to their medications quickly, and to have regular proactive reviews when they have longer term needs. It’s really nice to hear that as a diabetic patient, you feel you’re getting all the help you need. We fully take on board your concerns about having to wait on the phone for a while in the mornings. This has always been an issue as demand for services is so high, but we work our hardest to ensure that if you do stay on the line, you will get the appointment that you need. If you call between 8 and 10 and need a same day appointment we will always try our best to get that for you, so hopefully you don’t need to visit hospital unless you are advised to.
