I am very delighted with the work of doctors at this GP. So far exert single one of them has been extremely polite, professional and genuinely caring. Just today I had an appointment with one of the practitioners to choose the best contraception method for me. The doctor provided me with all the possible options and information about each of them. I felt truly comfortable to talk to her even though it is a generally a tricky topic to discuss

Excellent reception, I usually call in the mornings for me or my baby and they are able to book me in rather quick and accommodate my requests. Doctors are good too.

The First practice GP has a great personal, always willing to help and very friendly. Great experience. Today I called them to request approval on some repeated prescription medication and immediately the problem was solved. Thank you.

I visited the GP because I was getting blood in cough and while sneezing..and doctor asked me to use paracetamol...before that I was using paracetamol more than 10 days .... Doctor not even prescribed any medicine...even though my situations was much worse . On the same day I went to A&E then doctor immediately gave antibiotics considering my situation. Just because GPs are not doing their job properly this is not first instance multiple times same problem . That why for every problem we are much dependent on A &E services . Instead of Hiyos ,Boots pharmacist are doing best job . I never recommend this practice to anyone. They are simply wasting patients time and energy.

I rang at about 9 this morning regarding an item on my repeat prescription. A friendly member of staff gave me a clear explanation and said my prescription would be forwarded to my pharmacy. I was hoping that it would be sent very soon as the Christmas break might delay delivery to me. I need not have worried as at 10:28 I had an email to confirm my prescription had been sent. This is another example of the excellent service I have always received from the staff at FirstCare. To the Practice staff “Seasons Greetings” and all the best for 2025.

I had a blood test and flu vaccine on Saturday. It was done well and efficiently. I was then contacted on Tuesday morning by text, informing me I needed to get in contact with the doctor as one of my results was abnormal. The doctor was very helpful in explaining my results to me. He stated he would send my some written information, which he did. Overall, I am very happy with the care I received in both instances.
