   I was unable to book an urgent blood test appointment that the GP requested. I clearly explained to the GP that the receptionist would not book it within 2 days and I was absolutely right. I was told by the receptionist to wait because need to confirm with GP, waited 25 minutes and left without the appointment as I had to get back to work. The service at the surgery is appalling.
