    I've called every day for 4 days to reach the practice, I've waited over an hour on hold on each day and call hasn't been answered. The website reviews all indicate this is standard, this apparently is not being addressed. On day 4 when I go through (1 hour 5 minutes) the receptionist was rude and abrasive. When I politely asked for my repeat prescription I was informed I need to see the doctor as I hadn't taken it for 2 months. I explained I had been on holiday and unable to get it and unable to get through. She responded "that isn't my problem" Asked to book with doctor to discuss and get my prescription and told to call back tomorrow. (its 11am as I write this so not sure why?) As a side note I tried to contact the repeat prescription line but I have moved home in the last year (I did update my records with the doctors but they somehow decided to not save them) hence they are unable to help me , they were lovely but suggested I call my doctors to update my records... Sadly I have to work during the day and hence spend over an hour on hold per day is somewhat difficult for me.

    The lack of care has been literally beyond belief. This used to be a good caring practice, but it is now dysfunctional as an efficient or effective doctor's surgery. I was there on Saturday the 24th of September 2022 and was told I could have my flu jab as I am entitled to it. But now, the only days I can be seen are Saturdays!!! I leave Birmingham on the weekends, so how on earth is this looking after my needs? I have been trying to get an appointment for "7 months", but trying to get through in the morning is impossible, and no matter how many times I tell them I work on phones and can't call for so long in the morning and when I say, please help me with this I am told, please phone in the morning!!!! Unbelievable. Previously they were accommodating and let me book an appointment a few weeks in advance, but not any more! I am now leaving this surgery as it disregards patient needs and does not care at all. Disgusted!
