I rang Wednesday morning for an appointment for myself and my son,within an hour we were both called back,my son had an appointment and I had a prescription,by 10.30 I had my prescription and am now much better,my son came into the practice and now has an appointment on Monday at the hospital,very efficient you couldn't ask for more.I have been a patient for over 20 years with all three of my children,well done.

My husband was discharged from hospital having a stroke after 5 months. The paper work given was very confusing, medication etc. I contacted the Holbeach medical centre, within 24 hours they had sorted all issues out, nurses to call, prescription's and follow up appointments. A great team.

I received a very odd letter, telling me to book an appointment at another Surgery I was unable too. Admin took an interest and found that the letter was generated by a computer, they reassured me that I would not miss my appointment. This computer could not see my position on a waiting list, so sent a letter to remind me. Thank you admin, you did a sterling job. Very reassuring thank you.
