Asked to call in at 8 am started calling from 8 am to 9 am each time an automated messages says the same thing that the cue exceeded 20 people. How is the cue constantly on 20? When I went in person they only give appointments to people who went there and no body was answering calls. This is highly unprofessional many people have other commitments and personal problems which prevent them from being able to go there so by telling us to call in when phone calls are not being answered it’s pathetic. I have a lot of respect for all of NHS and I’m proud of how hard they have work but it is not okay to mislead patients who take hours to call in not to be answered. The reason for the review is I hope that some changes are made for the better if not bigger complaints need to be made . Thank you
