This is the third time have visited this practice with different issues and have had bad reception from the reception desk - very unhelpful,do care attitude,and shouting at clients - On the 10th was there to put it in a request for a Limbo (picc line prescription) after I handed my prescription to the reception who read it and threw it back to me saying the surgery doesn't deal with such all my explanation fell on deaf ears as she was just shouting....it was really a very toxic and depressing environment for me and have been advised by family and friends not to return this surgery

The practice is the best. This is my first time attending the practice and I am very impressed with the way I was treated and taken good care of. The service provided by the members of staff is great.
