I attended Holland Park Surgery today for a minor procedure, managed to get a cancelled slot with 2 hours notice to attend, fortunately I only live a few miles away, entry to the Surgery is a little confusing, plenty of NHS signs on the windows, the door on the right takes you nowhere, the door on the left has a big sign on it saying it's a library (use this one). Once inside reception was efficient. I had to wait a little time but once in the treatment room The Dr explained the procedure and then we cracked on, had a great chat with Dr during the whole procedure, "bedside" manner impeccable. Just a few stings for anaesthetic and then felt nothing, talking the whole way through helped. Post care information provided was detailed. It's the individuals that make our NHS great. Thank you!

On 10th July I was attended to by a wonderful and knowledgeable young doctor at the Holland Park Surgery, my experience was outstanding in its efficiency in a pleasant, caring, surrounding. Every doctor I have seen there couldn't have been more thorough, responsive and caring. The follow up has also been amazing and wait times minimal. I would highly recommend this NHS practice to anyone lucky enough to be in the right catchment area.

Great service from the Doctor and her team at this practice. Professional, friendly and courteous at all times, I was made to feel at ease immediately. Some health issues I have been concerned about for some time, now resolved. Thank you….

I am so grateful that they look after me as well as they do. A while back, they got me on a path to stop over-consuming alcohol, and I quit totally, 3 years ago. They usually see me the same day. They always return messages and enquiries. I never have to wait long. All GP's/nurses/reception staff are pleasant, professional, polite, and very kind.

Following a second stroke I was in recovery but still concerned by my condition. I phoned the surgery and got an early appt with a doctor who immediately arranged for me to see a specialist at Chelsea & Westminster the following day. She phoned me a few days later to see how I was after the scans and other medical checks I had been given. Excellent care, and the follow through was most appreciated.

I previously went to Holland Park surgery for a growth on my finger that the minor surgery team helped me to overcome. After years of many different surgeries i attended, and at home treatments that I applied none of these gave me the results I was looking for. The growth has now gone, and it such a relief after so many years of trying to resolve this issue. The minor surgery team and reception staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend my family and friends to attend Holland Park surgery.

I've been with the practice for a number of years and it has always been a very good, very positive experience. Great team of GPs and Nurses who have always been very thorough and supportive and the reception team are always helpful and efficient. Wouldn't hestitate to recommend this practice.

Holland Park Surgery has been my practice for decades and it's getting better and better, in particular with its online services. I find it is super responsive to prescription requests or organising blood tests/results, GP appointments (phone or face-to-face) or even hospital appointments. The doctors are also very helpful and attentive.
