    Because of the bad weather, my appointment with the doctor was changed to a phone appointment. I feel that he is always ready to listen, and that he understands my issues very well. I respect his opinion.

    Grateful for consistently excellent service from staff who are kind, helpful and knowledgeable - going above and beyond. Attended recently for an injection. As ever the nurse was very helpful, friendly and kind.

    I was not rushed at all and never made to feel like I was on a time limit. The Doctor was knowledgable, kind and explained everything clearly. She made sure I understood everything and was happy and organised when she would check in with me next. Always impressed with The Hollies!

    I’ve just wasted 2 hours at the Hallamshire H to give a blood sample . I couldn’t because no one told me I had to fast 12 hours.

    Went for my vitb12 injection. The practice nurse was understanding and helpful. Good experience of seeing the nurse. Recommend seeing the practice nurse.

    The dementia review was very thorough and the practitioner was very patient and kind, however an opportunity was lost to check the health of the carer who attended with the patient. Every contact counts to do BP and pulse etc for caters who are people and patients too. Please can it be noted that unpaid carers are under enormous stress at times and if their health suffers the person they are caring for will be in a difficult position.

    I am very happy with the response from the pharmacist to a recent telephone appointment where all my queries were discussed and advice and help given. The advice given was knowledgeable and fully explained, and I valued the two-way conversation to decide on the best way forward. Such good and friendly service was very much appreciated.

    I had a telephone appointment with the pharmacist to discuss medication. I was extremely impressed with the care shown and thoroughness of the conversation. He explained everything in detail which was easy to understand and answered all my questions sensitively and thoroughly.
