I’ve been for an appointment about getting an autism referral and was so impressed by the dr who I saw and also the speed at which I was given an appointment. The dr was attentive, validating and compassionate. She took me through the options available to me clearly too. Since, I have been for a double vaccination (for flu and Covid), and was so impressed with the ease of the booking system, and effectiveness of the clinic they ran on the day. I’m so grateful to receive such excellent care. Thank you

Attended for the winter jabs ( flu and COVID)and whilst it was busy the reception staff were polite and informative. Volunteers were on hand to guide patients around the building ( it’s an old house with different floors and as an infrequent visitor I appreciated this!) The staff administering the injections were swift and efficient but friendly so it was a smooth and calm process.

I recently attended a flu vaccine clinic, it was slick and incredibly well managed. Very impressed with the team - they were clearly very busy but remained friendly and courteous.

Thank you everyone for helping my unwell child recently. She deteriorated in the afternoon and I was offered a face to face appointment a few hours later. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful.

I have had to contact the Practice twice in the last 2 weeks for bothmyself and my elderly mother. Despite not being urgent the doctor visited mother just hours after I left the request and was thorough, professional and pleasant

I attended for booster jabs (flu and Covid) at the weekend. The staff and volunteers were helpful and everything went according to plan. I was impressed with the speed at which I was seen even though I had arrived early.

Had an appointment to see the practice nurse. I was really happy with the way they handled my case. However, my overall experience was marred by the reception team who are unfriendly and unwelcoming.
