On this occasion, i was able to get appointment First call on phone (was a shock) but very please with treatment i got there. well done staff. And doctor.

I attended a menopause group consultation session this afternoon at the practice. It really was brilliant. The Dr and Nurse were very approachable, informative and genuinely want to help all of us there. It was great to have a cup of tea & a chat with other ladies having similar experiences to myself as well. It felt really reassuring and we had a good laugh at ourselves too. At the end of the session the Dr gave us all time to chat in private and put our own treatment plans in place. This session really made me understand why so many changes in my health have been going on, with stuff I didn't even realise was related to it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in a similar position. I really can't thank you both enough for the attentive care & service you gave us today. Thanks again Linsey

Trying to get an appointment is a nightmare, ringing at 8am did not work for me continually engaged or number unobtainable. When I did get through I was offered an appointment with a paramedic who as it turned misagnosed my problem and only that queued waiting for surgery to open did I get an appointment with the doctor who gave me different medication.

The staff are extremely professional, efficient and friendly. It’s relatively easy to get an appointment, simply phone up at 8.00am for that day. I would 100% recommend the practice to anyone who lives in or near Halewood.

From when you enter to when you leave every staff member you come across are friendly, compassionate and helpful. The staff are always great with my children they are so attentive. My appointment was on time and the issue I went with was dealt with quickly, medication provided and off I went.

Attentive doctors and always go over what they should to support an get to the bottom of the issue So I can’t recommend the hollies enough even the reception team are amazing I received a call late on a Friday regarding my daughter needing antibiotics for her tummy so she didn’t suffer over the weekend

Fantastic surgery from reception to gps all nice friendly they go above and beyond for there patients you’d be hard pressed to find a surgery that cares more than the hollies do ten out of ten for all staff I had a phone appointment today dr rai couldn’t of put me more at ease as I have quite a few complex issues really puts my mind at ease
