GP practice unfortunately not very helpful. Called up yesterday morning and said it was emergency I could not see a Dr for 2 weeks, Nurse was meant to call me, she could not even call me back that day got a text saying would call me 4 days later on Friday at 3pm due to short staff. Then called 111 absolutely amazing - very professional spoke to 3 operators all within 45 mins ultimately scaling up to a Dr. Help of conversations and photos, diagnosis made of a recurring illness that causes severe pain. 30 mins later medication at pharmacy, my wife picked up. First sleep in 4 days and on the mend this morning. Sadly not the first time my family has had very poor patient service from here - the last time could have been fatal if not for the fabulous care of Firmly children's A & E.

I have very recently joined this practice. And I cannot speak more highly of the service I have received from all the staff. It is a warm and welcoming place and extremely efficient. Unfortunately since I joined I have been embarrassed to have a whole string of medical problems. I have been so impressed with the service and care I have received. I have no regrets about changing to this practice, my only regret, that I didn't do it earlier. They certainly deserve their 5 stars and no I am not related to anyone!

It’s rare to be able to see anyone face to face in the surgery these days, so I was very grateful to the kind nurse practitioner who helped me.
