Yet again put a repeat prescription in to have 2 items missing when delivered by pharmacy. Rang surgery to be told by a receptionist that she doesn't know why it was left off - for some reason the meds not put on repeat but I hand wrote the meds and dosage on the prescription. Who gave the receptionists and office staff the right to not put my request through when it is medication prescribed by a GP the receptionist didn't go to medical school like the GP but they think they know better than a GP - then when you ring up they suddenly can put a request in so frustrating

I was given a urgent appointment via the lovely receptionist She booked me into see a fantastic doctor at another site Dr whome i saw was a lovely professional Gp who took the time and explained in details. I have 100% faith in this Gp. Well explained very satisfied with the advice he gave to me.

Having tried to speak to receptionist for days answer phone advises to complete online enquiries which I did to then receive text message saying to ring at 8am or contact I heart .So basically unable to ever speak to anyone.Just going to A&E for ear infection as I can’t hear and in pain and is affecting my balance .This happens every time I ring they just don’t answer
